I am Kathryn Nicholson, owner and Principal Migration Agent of KTA MIGRATION. My firm was launched in 2012, borne from a desire to provide a more personalised experience to clients who were making one of the biggest decisions in their lives: a new beginning in Australia.

I take pride in having guided thousands of Clients in their migration to Australia; and am filled with immense joy and gratitude when I see an individual, family or business reap the immensurable benefits of a successful visa outcome.

I am an experienced and qualified professional, holding over 15 years of migration experience. I have worked in areas of corporate, individual and refugee and humanitarian migration since 2008.

I am registered with OMARA (MARN 0853030) and act in accordance with the Code of Conduct. I am a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MMIA 3671).

I hold a Bachelor of Laws (UWA, 2005) and a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice (ANU, 2008). I also hold a Masters of Fine Art (RMIT, 2017).

I am based in Melbourne, VIC AUSTRALIA and am able to assist you wherever in the world you may be!
